Your opinion has to at least be based on something otherwise it’s conjecture.

You used the terms “not an innate passer or playmaker” and not a “willing defender”.

He usually makes the right reads to Sengun on the short roll or guys like Jock on the long roll. he has nifty bounce passes from high to Amen down low (these are hard passes) he hits guys in the short corner for dunks on the drive and can find long corner 3s. he is a very capable passer and playmaker.

All season long we have seen him run back after a team missed FG or turnover. He consistently stays in front of his man and makes the proper switches and rotations most of the time. But yet Rockets fans keep blaming him. Again how much of what you and these people are seeing are from bias and how much is fact? I recall someone arguing with me on a play where Brooks completely let his man cut to the paint leaving Green to run after the player which messed up the rotation leading to an easy layup but yet Green was blamed.

Again fact or fiction? A lot of times i find fans believe in the latter.

I just read a completely fictional account of Jalen's play this year.

    Well done ....

This has to be one of the most delusional things I've ever read about JG's performance this year - the accusations of bias at the end is the real cherry on top lmao

The only way Jalen can become like Edward's is to be in the lab right now like Kobe used to do. We all know that's not happening.

We all know in hindsight that was not the only thing, Kobe going to the Lakers prompted those championships......

Chris Paul going to the Hornets ....prompted only Playoff experiences.....I think Kobe would have made WCF with the Hornets but nothing more.

You’re biased, ignorant, and hateful. All of your opinions are conjecture. We have already been through this Dakota. Your opinions mean nothing.

Again if you don’t agree state why rather than start a response with disrespect. I stated my opinion backed by facts and supporting statements. You have not cited any examples or explanations of why you don’t think he is what you say he is. And so again your opinions are conjecture and bias. I would recommend you lose the emotion and respond intelligently rather than sounding like an ignorant buffoon.

I think the problem as I see it is that the typical delusional Jalen Green fanboi sacrifices all credibility and self respect to simp for their guy.... so it's super difficult to show respect to those who don't even respect themselves.

At the end of the day, we're talking about a draft bust who is one of the worst shooters in the NBA that has at most one more season to miracle themselves into a quality player before the Rockets move on.

While the quality players from the 2021 draft are talking extensions Jalen won't even be considered for one.

We're ALL ROCKET FANS.....we just have different opinions. Im sure if Jalen puts forth a full season similar to the way he played to end the season DD would feel different.

I personally think Jalen's game has been hampered by playing with a less than professional roster and being coached by Silas....LAST YR WAS AN AWAKENING.

Ant Man has progressed because he has played with better players. Better players make you better; practices, smart advice, etc.

It is an excuse, Alperen played similarly under Silas and Silas even favored Bruno Fernando over him.....

And he still developed much better than Jalen Green while we found out that Alpe is in fact 5-6 months younger than Jalen even....much better.

One NBA season consists of 5 months.....that is how big the gap is.

A guest worker (foreigner) who is younger and better adapted than the American player.

Was it? He was still a really awful player overall.... so if that's his AWAKENING that's pretty sad.

I dont think its an excuse.

I think what you are failing to realize is that Alpi has played professionally overseas since he was a teenager, where they focused on passing and cutting, ball and player movement. So when Ime put the ball in his hands, it was more of what he was use to.

Under Silas, the system was geared more towards individual play, the ball was in Jalen and KPJ's hands....he was not getting enough touches, that's why Sengun didn't flourish. Whereas Jalen played more AAU STYLE basketball, one on one. Think about it, he played that way in Junior High, High School, G-League Ignite and under Silas! Thats ALL he knew.

If you look at it, Jalen had a horrible season shooting, because its mental! But he improved his playmaking, rebounding and defending. And when Sengun went down and the scoring need was put on his shoulders he balled out. Because it was what he was use to.

I think the real question is, what series of misfortunes would have to happen to Edwards to make him as bad as Jalen?

He spearheaded an 11 win streak, so I don't think he was bad all yr. But I guess you didn't watch during that time because Sengun was out.

I think you have that twisted. Because of Jalen's misfortunes, he has not been as fortunate as Anthony Edwards.

Im not a Jalen fan, Im a Rocket's fan. I just so happen to think his best basketball is ahead of him.

He's 22yrs old! Basically, a junior or senior in college. That wasnt properly coached
