Or Hinch thanks Dusty for cleaning up his image. Because Hinch was such a coward and let Altuve take the fall. I’ll go there if you want.

Dubin isn’t on the active roster.

I do blame Espada for coming to the mound because he ignited Pressly. Should of pulled Pressly instead of chit-chating about defense. They aren't Little League baseball players.

Heh.. brown did that tonight. Does not matter who’s pitching if Abreu is going to bounce off his stomach trying to stop a ball.

Jose Abreu's defense makes me miss Chris Carter and Brett Wallace.

That’s probably the locker room trying to understand that idiot Espada.

Blown save, what else is new? The Astros are dysfunctional. If I am in charge, I am reassigning the manager and shaking up the lineup and the pitching staff. When it is not working you change things until it does.

But the same front office is the one forcing Jose Abreu to start at first base...

Lol.. what a dumbass. Biggest scandal was steroids .. then vibrating watches. Astros stole signs. Just like every kid does in little league. Sure they got caught and so did all the others.

They are finding ways to lose now.

This was a choke job. I am not sure they thought they would win up 2-1.

Espada has to go to Pressly - he has even at times babied him…. Scott is likely to hop him now. Will be hard for Pressly to really argue.

There are just too many problems from the top down. The offense doesn’t score enough against good pitching. Bregman, Diaz, Alvarez and McCormick all have had disappointing seasons.

They foolishly keep dangling Abreu out there at 1st instead of cutting bait and moving on.

They are without McCullers, Garcia, Javier… Valdez and Verlander are having mediocre years.

Abreu hasn’t been great out of the pen. Hader struggled to start the year…. Pressly looks done.

They really need some leadership…. Someone to get Crane to cut Abreu. To move Bregman down in the line up. To split 1st between Dubon and Singleton or Loperfido. To start Meyers/Tucker 90% of the time.

All done to stabilize the line up.

They need Espada or Brown to say what the rotation is - and will be until everyone is healthy.

Espada needs to demote Pressly to mop up duty until he plays better. To move Scott up to 6th or 8th inning duty. To find out who he can cobble around Hader, Abreu and Montero.

Stop trying new **** all the time - the season isn’t young anymore. Certain conclusions can be reached for the purposes of this season - there is no place for Abreu, Pressly is no longer the set up man, 1st base needs to be established, Bregman needs to move down, McCormick needs to get healthy and Meyers has earned the starting job… Diaz needs to catch less, Caratini can start twice a week.

All the noise around the team needs to stop - players need to stop going to Jim Crane complaining because they aren’t happy they are lower in the line up, or not playing or not pitching because they aren’t performing.

Who's whining to ownership? Bregman? Chas? And Framber?

Pressly doesn’t need to be pitching in the 6th inning. He needs to be pitching when the Astros are behind by 3 or more runs or ahead by 3 or more runs. There is zero reason to have confidence in him right now. He can earn the 6th and 8th back by playing well.

At this point Scott and Montero need to be bumped up. I would likely give Scott the 7th and Abreu the 8th.

Thank god Brown found Scott. I can tell you the Astros are looking at other pitchers in trade, especially a quality reliever.

Defensively he is unplayable. I don’t know if it is mental or his skills are gone - but at this point they would be better putting anyone else there.
