That Yordan AB is a microcosm of his season so far. Fouling off a first pitch FB over the heart of the plate and then chasing the next pitch in the dirt.

That pinpoint command was only a first batter thing. he’s throwing meatballs right over the middle. Diaz and miller need to get in his face now.
That splitter is fine. He could probably just throw that for strikes and induce ground balls against lefties… vs trying to go higher in the zone (and missing and having it begging to be crushed).
