    Not a random trade thread, but similar to Donovan Mitchell situation ….Zion Williamson is being thrown around by New Orleans as trade bait. Apparently, their patience with his injuries and reliability has worn thin. Rockets need to make a similar offer to what they would give Mitchell and see if the Pelicans bite (no pun intended).

    Define chance. They are going to want at least 2 of our core and draft picks and we would be paying 40m a year for 4 years. He is a dude when he's on the court.

    It's not just his (lack of) ability to stay healthy, it's his mentality. I personally don't believe he has the mentality it takes to become an MVP contender even if he has the raw talent

    I would only take him if we could get him cheap and signed to a KPJ style contract that incentivizes him to play. Neither is going to happen so I say no. If he were not trouble, there is zero chance NO would trade him.

    5 assists per game at the 4 isn't an average playmaker, but it's probably moot anyway.
    If the guy could stay healthy, the Pelicans wouldn't shop him anyway, and I'm not sure they really are anyway.
