Rudy’s legal troubles intensify With Az's Investigation of Fake Electors A state grand jury in Arizona on Wednesday indicted Trump aides including Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows and Boris Epshteyn, as well as so-called “fake electors” who backed then-President Donald Trump in 2020, after a sprawling investigation into the alleged efforts to overturn Joe Biden’s win in the presidential election in the state. Let’s summarize where things stand. Giuliani has been indicted in Georgia. A Washington, D.C.-based bar discipline committee has concluded that the Republican should be disbarred. He’s facing a defamation lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems. Giuliani has also faced scrutiny from special counsel Jack Smith’s office, a lawsuit from Hunter Biden, groping allegations raised by Cassidy Hutchinson, a lawsuit from his former lawyers, and a lawsuit from his accountants.
most people are complex. Rudy, like Philippe Pétain, is a hero for what he did at a moment of great peril to his country (and city). However, they both dishonored themselves later in life. Spoiler c'est la vie, c'est la guerre Spoiler c'est la pomme de terre
There was the internment of the Japanese during World War 2, that was pretty bad. Oh yeah, and the whole decades of slavery thing. That was a pretty bad violation of human rights as well. Who can say for sure though?
I remember hearing a LEO say that social media was a major aid in investigation because many criminals couldn’t resist posting about their crimes and whereabouts.
Absolutely, it happens all the time. Major aid in prosecution, too. Even while they are currently facing charges, they can't help themselves. Then you just show screenshots of their own social media posts to the court/jury where they are openly either committing the crimes, or talking about the crimes.
The lawfare continues... Democrats have no depth to which they are unwilling to stoop to A) attack Republicans; and B) cover up their 2020 voter fraud.
You are seriously disturbed dude if you still believe that the few cases of actual voter fraud were enough to change the results, or that those who did commit fraud weren't Republicans too. There was no proof the election was stolen from that pathological liar, yet, you still defend that as*hole like he shouldn't be held accountable for all the laws he breaks.
Once again we see that those who have most enabled Trump pay a price. While Trump has been convicted he’s not suffering the consequences as much as people like Giuliani and Bannon.
Defamed election workers seeking Rudy Giuliani's homes and World Series rings In a court filing, Ruby Freeman and Wandrea "Shaye" Moss also say they're entitled to Giuliani's $2 million claim for legal fees from the Trump campaign and RNC. Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Wandrea "Shaye" Moss, were awarded $146 million in damages last year after a judge found Giuliani liable for repeatedly defaming them by falsely accusing them of election fraud during the 2020 presidential election. They filed the action seeking to get ahold of his properties in federal court in New York on Friday. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna169013
