Oh, my goofy ass is just making jokes. That being said, I like Iron Maiden just fine but I'm more on a Stones, Sabbath, and non- Appetite Gn'R kick if I feel like rocking out lately. And you know Maynard is still doing Tool, and perfect circle, and Puscifer and making pretty good wine (I hear), and so good for him staying busy in his old age :p

But Phantogram, Beck, St. Vincent, UGK, Too Short, Willy Nelson, and Type O Negative & Nine Inch Nails during my angsty teenage catastrophes are all artists I would consider buying a vinyl of.

Also a fan of that Amy Winehouse song "rehab". Mostly because I think could have fixed her though.

    digging this too:

That appears mostly outside of where I am with music. Perhaps even pushing Rashmon's limits a bit.

There could/should be some out there that would enjoy you exploring where we seldom have gone in the past. So consider filling in the gaps for us.

Again, some stuff that is lightly covered if at all in this thread.

Four of my all-time favorite drum grooves:

    The late great Jeff Porcaro

    Steve "The Professor" Gadd

Terry Bozzio (so good he makes me want to just quit)

Clyde. Stubblefield. (most sampled drum groove in history)
