We need a PG to take over to an aging and slow FVV - imagine Shepherd is that guy and we sign FVV to one more year - and then we have a 40m expiring contract to trade....

Awe, come on, you missed on more than that. You struckout alot. I was beginning to think you were Jose Abreu.

I missed on CWood. I'll admit, I didn't think his mental capacity was as low as it was. But outside of that, Im good.

That I KNOW of, you missed on CJ, Levis and Daniels. CJ was right in your face! He played in the National Championship game and showed what he could do against an NFL caliber defense and you still missed on him. I didn't that could be any clearer.

Didn’t miss on Daniels or Levis.
You made up narratives in your mind.
Again, you have literally never been right. Not once.

CJ beat every narrative about him. Glad to be wrong about him

That's what I was thinking. I mean, it's not like speed, jump, shooting where you can half ass it. It's a static measurement. You can't magically shrink your body. The most you can do is slouch. But it can easily be noticed and corrected.

No, you are not. You have been dead wrong on Sengun. (And on Jokic, by the way.)

If Castle shot 3s as well in games as he did in the combine, he would be the undisputed #1 pick.

Lol, at some point you're going to have to take the L on Levis, but this isn't the place for that conversation.

And on KPJ, on Chet, and so on. I think it’s easier just to ask him what’s he’s right about.

Hmmm, interesting. My only question about that move is, does Amen become your future SF? I just don't think they are going to get rid of Jalen Green. I could be wrong. If Green plays anwhere near how he played last season, to start the upcoming season, he is going to stay.

And I think they still want Amen to be the future PG. Amen at the PG is way better than Amen the SF or SG. A 6'7 PG, who can push the pace and play defense is better than a 6'7 SF who isnt a good 3pt shooter.

But I agree, with Sheppard they will have options.

    Haven’t yet.
We will see what he is.
Either way, I never wanted him. That was a made up narrative by a couple idiots

I addressed Sengun several pages back. Did I say Jokic wasn't in a league of his own? Ive always praised Jokic.

I think you need to go back and review my takes. Ive always said Sengun is good, I like him, he's just not Jokic. If the TRUTH hurts, I can't help that but he's not Jokic.

It all depends on what you think of Sarr

If you feel like he has the best chance of being a Super Star, you have the assets to trade up with Atlanta and get him. The Rockets came into the lottery thinking they would likely trade their pick at 9 for future assets because they really don't "need" another young developing player

But moving up to 3 changes all of that. Even in what most consider a "weak draft" moving from 3 to 1 is a LOT easier than moving from 9 to 1

So if you think Sarr is that guy, the Super Star we haven't been able to draft even with all our high picks, then you make the move with Atlanta and get that pick

If your developmental guys don't think Sarr is that guy, you take Sheppard. Not only do we need a long term point guard, we need shooting right now. We are so athletic and can attack the rim with the best of them, but we don't have that guy who can catch and knock down the 3. Sheppard could be that right now while he develops as a point behind Fred

To me, those are the two options. You don't trade the 3rd pick for future picks HOPING to get a high lottery pick later. It's impossible to know how those picks will turn out in future lotteries.

I see a lot of Tari in Stephon Castle's defense
Not as chaotic, more of a ball hawk
Just imagining Tari, Amen, and Castle switches in the perimeter under Udoka
    Awesome stuff to envision
