    Unaffordable bail means being in jail and trials can take long time to happen. The purpose of bail is to discourage defendants from skipping their trial. There is clear video of a person in a hoodie committing a crime. That could be nearly anybody. If they don't think he's a major flight risk or a threat to the community (and thus not receive bail), then letting him be free until trial is the right decision.

    @K9Texan I have a bible and a christian cowboy wall hanging that came with the house when I bought it. I've thrown out all the other fairy tales and kids books but I'm just getting around to tossing this one out. I'll send it to you if you would like. Maybe your mom can read it to you.
