    Heck yeah, I have a weird sense of humor.

    Not one of us have any clue what level 3 mobilization means, and I doubt the source of the Xeet knows either. Yet, they say it as if it holds a significant weight and drama. It was a stupid tactic used to incite fear, outrage, and dehumanization of protesters.

    I have since googled what it means. It means this.
    "Level three mobilization may involve the calling of additional resources, personnel, and equipment to effectively handle the incident."

    But that doesn't sound as scary as the dramatic text in the Xeet.
