The US already has policies that do this. What the US doesn’t have is a policy that would move very large amounts of Palestinians or other groups. This is agin why any policy that would be that the solution for peace would be to move Palestinians en masse is unworkable.

Looks like the prosecution had its intended effect -- convince the low IQ democrats that our legal system remains fair.
