I know what you mean, Offensive Guards are generally a overlooked in the stat line. Them and safeties are always taken for granted, and afterthoughts. One is because they are so difficult to measure. Year in and year out, you have safeties and offensive Guards taken near the top of the draft, but the guys drafted in the mid to late rounds seem to be the guys that became the pro bowlers. I think it’s because Offensive guards and safeties should be measured more on heart and grit, as long as they have competent talent and skill.
Actually what I liked about this video was his great depth chart that clearly laid everything out for both sides of the ball. I think a thread on the defensive depth would be a good idea.
I do think the depth chart was nice but there were some things that hadn't been updated properly. He was showing Blake Fisher as the starting RT, but I'm almost positive Tytus Howard will move back to RT and Fisher will be either backup/swing tackle (along with Heck) or compete with the garbage we have at LG. But for the most part it looked right.
