Anyone know a place that makes a good lobster roll? The last one I had still has me feeling some type of way How do u not even toast and butter the bread?!? The only reason I even got one that day is because I was scrolling Youtube and saw a video of a guy eating one, and it looked exquisite. I hadn’t had one in a very long time, so I thought “Hey, lemme give lobster roll a chance to dance.” what that guy had looked 5 stars…what I had was some lobster that probably wasn’t even real inside of a soggy and depressed hot dug bun I can’t let it go down like this even the hush puppies had me yelling out in disgust so if anyone has a spot, I’m all ears
If the person selling it pronounces the "R" at the end of the word, there's a pretty good chance it won't be good. It should be a "lobstah" roll. Don't trust anybody that tries to sell you a "lobster" roll with a hard "R".
Fun fact: Mcdonalds in Maine has lobster rolls during the summer. My parents and sister went a few years ago and I was pissed none if them tried it. Thats like the first rule of Mcdonalds while traveling!
As a high priest in the Church of Fat, I love all of these options, but I think I go with sandwiches because the quality of the bread can exceed even the best pizza crust, or burrito tortilla, as well as the limitless veggie, cheese and meat options.
