I think it is available streaming on AppleTV+ now. It's on my list to watch as well but I never seem to have the time to sit down and watch.

Outside of Phoenix, I thought it was terribly overrated....

Yeah, I liked the first one but was immediately dubious when I read the concept for this.

    My dubiosity seems well-founded.

The first one was good but it was a ridiculously depressing watch.

It’s a much-welcomed surprise to see a studio franchise film, based on DC Comics no less, care so little for genre conventions.

From what I understand, the people who made Joker didn't like the fans who made the film a success, so they made a sequel with the intent of giving 99% of their prospective audience the middle finger.

The result is a film that no one likes that is unlikely to even break even at the box office.

Lol I bought tickets weeks ago for a brunch showing at Alamo Drafthouse. If I wasn't craving their loaded fries I'd get a refund. So I'll let y'all know how bad it is tomorrow.

Saw it last night, its a straight up musical which is sure to annoy a large chunk of people right off the bat. Technically it looks great, Phoenix and Gaga are both strong but the story is just a jumbled mess and ultimately boring. Felt like a weird mash up of Natural Born Killers and Chicago with very little forward momentum which makes the 2 hour movie feel twice as long...... C grade for me
