I’ve always thought the current spurs arena is in the middle of nowhere and you can’t walk to anything . What’s weird about that photo is the baseball stadium. Are they trying to get an expansion team or Tampa bay rays ?

I live in SA, and the talks are the stadium would be for the AAA team, the Missions. Their stadium is out in the middle of nowhere currently and could use an upgrade.

Its just weird when teams flip flop from playing in the burbs to downtown areas every 20yrs.
