Not sure that's not a bad idea....sometimes I wonder about the "fit" here.

His game is very Jerami Grant-esque.

Lets face it Jabari's one skill offensively is shooting and he hasnt been the best at that until he hit this recent stretch. He's gonna need time to grow into his 3 and d role.

By the way, play-in or not, I truly believe our team is on the rise. It sucks to lose like this at home to the Mavs, but Luka is at a level none of our guys are at—for now

We’re a game over .500 with nine left to go. That is enormous progress from the last season, and more than I could’ve hoped for. All is still well in Rocketsville…even if I wanted to see another 22 game win streak.

Horace Grant with 3 point range is a really good comparison for Jabari…1st time I’ve heard that one

If the team wants to involve Jabari they should just run a two man game off of Green and FVV. At least teams would be more afraid to blitz the ball handler if Bari is the screener.

40 wins was a heckuva stretch goal, .500 an perhaps unrealistic one and we in the hunt for both. It’s been a wildly successful phase two.

Don't have a problem with the Status Quo at all, not a fan of starting threads about a young player better than Harden, better than McGrady.......after a winning streak.

Very hard to see that without nuances.....I think if they gave up on the season then they would be just 32-33 games.....

It was cool to see them fight it out but a long season has tons of twists and incidents.....

Proud of them though but I still see no real hierarchy.

Horace deserves a lot more credit than anyone gives for those Chicago teams.

This loss is 100% on Ime and his inability to make strategic adjustments.

You never let Luka go off 1 v 1, you have to trap and change it some when he is on fire like that.

    Poor coaching tonight IMHO.

Play In, Playoffs or No Play in......this has been fun at times.

The Dallas game felt like the Season concluded but there are still a few games to play.

I feel like half of those crazy threads are troll threads that are trying as hard as possible to jinx the team--not that I believe in that superstitious nonsense anyway.

Jalen Green doesn't need to be better than any of our previous superstars. He just needs to become the best version of himself that he can be, and I think all Rockets fans would be very, very happy.

Same goes with Alpi and Jokic/Sabonis. He's not the same type of player as they are. He's more mobile, athletic, and explosive. He doesn't need to be anyone but Alperen Sengun.

The young guys will develop. I trust our coaching staff in that regard. Today was a sobering reminder that we're still far from where we ought to be. **** happens. I'm more excited now than I have been since our last year with CP3. One bad loss will not put a damper on that bubbling optimism.

I merely wanted to see more structured Direction in that optimism because optimism as they say is blind at times.

I trust Udoka enough but I feel he cannot do everything alone and in that management I think he feels pretty alone at times.

I saw helter skelter run without much substance, even when everyone was hot....

Why do you need a hierarchy when your best players are 21 yrs old and younger?

Let the kids grow up first then we'll see what happens next. Not everything needs to be ironed out in first season of coaching change and stopping the tank. Just enjoy the process instead of over complicating things right now.

Are we still pretending that the playoffs are a possibility?

I hear you...good analogy. Although,I'm not sure we have as many alphas as we think we do though. He could fit in a lot of places and be that 17-20 pt. guy or better. He is like the 4th option after Jalen,FVV, Brooks etc. The difference in what his output is here and what 17-20 is that there are no setups in the offense for him. As pointed out here, he was 7/10 and ended 9/14.... 10-12 shots is his norm.He is largely money at the FT line and shooting 3's (largely not on kickouts to him) and has some elbow jumpers inside the arc. His weakness is STRENGTH at the rim...something that will improve. He could easily be 17-20 here but not as a 4th or 5th option. He has a high ceiling IMO...higher than the general one held here. Hold me accountable if I'm wrong down the road (Lord willing I'm here) . But, don't think I will be.
