Astros already 3.5 games behind the Rangers.

For everyone saying "it's early"..... playing from behind is how we lost Gilbert last year.

Next series begins tomorrow... Hader and Abreu already need two days rest each. We'll be lucky if the 5th starter makes it out of the 4th inning.

Stros playing on the road, so at least there's that.

    Eta- Nope, home series.

    Yordan 0-5
    Bregman 0-4

can't happen if you want to win games.

Oakland A's will have a better record than the Stros after today, a team that is borderline to expansion team, or a AAA team. And the Spankees has our numbers now, god@!$#@ it. Bullpen killed us, but what killed us is not winning at home. This dates back to last season that is some voodoo crap going on......

Gilbert wasn't a big loss. It's time for the Astros to suck for a bit to retool anyway. Trade Bregman and Pressly this summer for talent and Tucker in the off season.

Bregman always starts off looking like he can’t hit a baseball. He’ll start hitting in June

Is the guy who takes three months to get going worth $30 million a year at 30 years old?

    Says who? You?

Astros are still a juggernaut with an open window for 3 more years.

I don't think losing 51 games at homes since 2023 constitutes a juggernaut

this franchise has been feasting on a shitty AL West for years and years to start the season. now that every teams have improved, no more feasting on the AL west. that plus they have to play everyone in the league now.

Ain’t how you start the season, it’s how you finish. Hopefully in October we are laughing at this 4 game sweep.

Hopefully, but games now count the same as games in October.
