...I chose his jersey over Christian Wood's as part of the draft day special with his original #0 jersey number.
Jalen was spectacular. One thing that stands out is he did not force up a bunch of dumb shots. He was actually efficient on 24 FGAs against a very good defense and that extended into OT. Previously, you could always count on Jalen's poor shot selection to kill his efficiency. But now, he looks to drive first and only chucks the ball when necessary. He's best when going towards the basket AND he's better at finishing near the rim than earlier in the season. He did dribble through 2-3 defenders a few times leading to TOs but it was almost necessary some possessions when teammates weren't moving. OKC repeatedly used switches to get ballhandlers away from Amen and Brooks to target Jalen but he held up quite well.
The thing I love about Jalen: he wants the smoke. he lets you know he wants the smoke. Too many times with Harden we wondered if he wanted to win. We have to wonder game to game. And this man wanted to be coached. He wants to play defense, he wants to pass to his teammates, He wants to win. wow
The only thing Harden wanted was honey buns, lil baby and strippers.... Jalen Green is a family man and a winner.....
The commitment to taking it to the cup is HUUUUGE to me. Not settling. And effort everywhere on both ends. Love it.
If Jalen meets Ime from beginning,he will be brand in the league right now His ability on reading game is the best among many young player
do yall remember how the double-team would completely shut down james harden? that man acted like he couldn't do anything when they started to double.
Prime James harden is one of the best offensive players I’ve ever seen. If they doubled he’d find the open man. He spent most of his career being doubled and he was an MVP and is a certain HOFer. We don’t need to trash that guy to root for Jalen
Where’s the thread "BKN Pick is the Rockets’ franchise player"? It’s way past time someone started it.
