I'm hoping the Lakers keep winning. I'd rather play Phoenix or Sacramento in the play in than Lakers + 3 zebras.
The Wearry-ors are ripe for the taking if the Rockets can maintain the ship until their showdown soon arrives VV and co. need to keep making it rain and attacking the paint etc
This reminds me of the "They ain't even that good" comments by Harden. Hope the result will be the same
We are definitely the most annoying team to the Warriors. We’re always making them work for it. It was great to see Draymond so annoyed by that question.
Now insert Rockets name and that should be the same when they meet the Heat, who have been consistent all year sitting key guys every game it seems The Rockets just need to survive this upcoming stretch and try to go 3-2 The last part of their schedule will probably have locked teams (PO) resting key players giving Rockets a better chance at play-in
Another team to watch for as they will likely fall behind the Lakers is the Suns. If the Rockets can make the play-in, their best bet would 7) Kings, 8) Lakers, 9) Suns. Then Hope the Lakers beat the Kings. However I would point out that no No. 10 seed has ever won both games to make the playoffs. Chicago/OKC last year were the first 10 seeds to even win their first game.
I mean all the teams currently above the Rockets in the standings have more clout from the League/Refs. If you are one to worry about a conspiracy, that worry will be there no matter who the Rockets play.
It'll be fun to see which teams sit their key players when playing the Rockets vs when playing the Warriors. Something tells me more than a few of those coaches would rather stick it to Kerr/Draymond and the arrogant Warriors than to our rag-tag bunch of kids.
Rockets turning into the Bad News Bears with all these fights and confrontations each game. I like the chippiness. Udoka bringing back 90's ball baby!
