That's the only way the Bulls could neutralize Dream. Jordan may be better but Rockets just matched up against them incredibly well.
Amen and Bari plays better as a C …let Amen take Brooks place and let Bari and Alpi switch depending on who they are playing
Not sure they’re better. They are just more dynamic, uptempo and more difficult to guard especially on the break.
For some reason the Alpi haters have come out with the injury when in fact, they were up 20 on the clippers . And these teams they've played recently, they had already beaten or taken them to over time Cavs game 1: https://www.basketball-reference.com/boxscores/202312180CLE.html Guard and PFs went 4 for 19. They can win as a team without dorks picking factions.
I dare anyone here to 1. Name the Wizards starting 5 today and 2. Their leading scorers. Without looking it up.
Obviously they do since the Rockets never won anything appoaching 15 consecutive games without Olajuwon. I'm not sure what being a 99er has to do with it. We had plenty of clueless posters in 99 and before.
Also Yao going down during our 22 win streak. Same tired agenda pushers jumping at the opportunity now that Sengun isn’t here to shut them up like when he was playing. I know there’s no way Sengun could score 42 against one of the worst lineups I’ve ever seen in my life. Not like he just put up 45 and 16 against a generational talent that people would cream over if he was here or anything.
The Rockets aren’t better without Sengun. That said, it is good to see Jalen Green take major steps forward in his absence.
Facts. Seeing Jalen Green throw the ball in the basket against third graders would have been a welcome change. Strong off-season, please...
The only question about Sengun was his defense. Ime built a top 7 defense with Sengun. The case is closed. The book is shut. He is HIM. AS IT WAS WRITTEN. LISAN AL GAIB. Green playing well now after playing horribly all season long is great news for a number of reasons. Maybe it’s real, maybe his trade value is up, either way it is positive. However it does beg the question of can one exist with the other. Hopefully yes, but if the answer of that is no, then it is obvious what must be done. Do you keep the one who excels in a structured (playoff like) offense or the one who needs to play AAU ball? Bueller? Do we need some basketball savants to answer?
