Jalen Suave. He's carrying the team. We've got to get him some talented help.

things are slowly settling in for Jalen Green-----like i've mentioned in the OP, he's a work-in-progress...especially under Ime...and not a finished product-like what people are forcing/pushing him to be---just to 'meet their own agenda/s'.

his 3pt-shot may have been gradually being tweaked and/or adjusting to his growing mass-but nonetheless, it will eventually settle down to consistency..

his defense--love watching the effort -- vast improvement and future potential

exciting times in these upcoming games----can't wait to see where he can carry this team into.......play-ins..maybe..play-offs...why-not ;)

It is NOT a coincidence that JGreen is playing better with Alperun Sengun out - they don't fit together well at all, yet.

I am not stirring anything it is clear that Jalen plays well with a wide open game, and without Sengun clogging the paint, and Sengun plays better with guys that are good 3pt shooters.

Their games don't mesh - they can get there, if both improve their 3pt shooting that fixes most of it.

    Sengun doesn't "clog the paint".

Jalen had 2 full years to play the way he wanted, we were terrible.

His output this season is the same or worse compared to his first two seasons.

Great game from Jalen. Hopefully he keeps it up to move the needle when it comes to his offseason trade value.

People said we would never be a good defensive team with him as a starter...but we are a top 10 defensive team.

People asked if he could play "winning basketball" and now we are winning... but the goalposts will move again.

They'll just conveniently forget they ever said they'd support him if he played well and double down on the bad games. It's not like we haven't seen this several times already over his career so far.

    Dumb take.
It’s been 2 games, Jalen has been playing solid for about 8 games.
What it takes for Jalen to be able to compliment Alp is hitting his shots and attacking when they double.
Jalen has to be able to shoot consistently to be able to be a productive player and reach his potential.

The goalposts already moved - “I have to see it against a good team” , “well, sure, that team has a winning record but their defense isn’t good”, “I need to see it from day 1”, etc.

It’s some combination of sad and pathetic that people have built their identity on “proving” online that a person (who doesn’t know they exist) is not good at basketball
