Who's first to 10 wins in MLB: Lance McCullers or Forrest Whitley?

McCullers already won that bet long time ago. No comparison to Whitley. Whitley is a corpse. McCullers at least demonstrated proof of life

Neither of them has 10 wins in them this season. Could we have another player or two to pick from?

Astros can add Snell for 21million with a player option for next year at the same number. We’ll see.

edit: that’s our final offer to him.

Garcia over Hunter / McCullers. Garcia was starting to figure things out in 2022 and briefly in 2023. I have a lot of faith in him becoming a very good MOR guy.

Hopefully nothing serious. Whether he's fine or not, more urgency to sign Snell?

That's not good. Astros are short on pitching....especially in the pen, but with Urquidy out, better get Snell or Montgomery.

Snell has been way too up and down over his career. Two awesome years and several others worse than what we have

    Sign Montgomery

Like I said. I can totally see a Verlander type deal where we take on some risk if he gets injured. If he has another good year, he opts out and cashes in.

Sign Montgomery so he doesn't join one of our AL rivals and continue to mow us down.
