No, I don't accuse him of anything, literally. I am highlighting what he is doing because a lot of people do not notice it and he is one of the most followed rockets accounts. What people do with that info is their decision not mine. It is true that I challenge sengun haters more, probably almost exclusively. That's how i post, for whatever reason. we have limited resources and we choose what we do with them. But nobody gives a **** about how i post, because it is irrelevant. But how a major rockets twitter account posts is of course is something to talk about. So I don't really single him out, he is in a unique position himself. It is not something I am doing. I see that this discussion is useless anyway, because even if I don't accuse him, it comes across like that and projects negatively on sof.
This is not true. I think ATW was the first (or one of the first) who pointed it out and there are many posters who do subsequently. Many people noticed Clutch's bias. They just don't care as much as you do because they aren't as emotionally invested in Sengun as you. You don't think you are accusing him of anything. But you argued more than once how he would keep receipts on people but not on himself. If that's not an accusation of hypocrisy, I don't know what is.
If you think Sengün extremists are here, you surely have ignored those on Twitter, it is night and day. This is Candycrush in comparison. I do not see various Chapters of Sengün goes Super Nova in here.......
This is why I don't do Twitter. The only time I see tweets are when people post them here. Yes, Clutchfans is hands down the best sports BBS. People complain about the dumb things posted here. But the rest of the online places are far worse. The proportion of good posters here is extraordinarily high compared to other social media platforms.
Thanks @Clutch for posting this. "Not even close to reaching his ceiling" shows how much Ime believes in Alpi's potential. And he will keep challenging him. That's awesome. I agree with Ime. Like Jeff Green says, he can become better than Jokic.
I've brought this up when people post this kinda stuff, but for him to be better then Jokic there has to be stuff he's better at. Lets assume he won't be a better passer, as Jokic is probably the best or 2nd best in nba history. There's also no reason to think sengun will be better shooter because he's been worse every season then every jokic season. How can he be better then Jokic? What is the path? Does he develop into a Hakeem level defender? That would probably put him close if he can become a GOAT level defender but how realistic is that?
Hoping to see him on the bench rooting for his boys soon. The treatment room getting a bit crowded...
