I don't see how you like Settle as this year's Rankins, when comparing their stats from last year. Rankins had 37 solo tackles 6 sacks, a FF and a FR. Settle had 9 solo tackles and a sack.
He was in a different system than Ryans runs. This is why looking at stats sometimes doesn't tell the whole story. If Ryans wants this guy it's because he fits Ryans system.
