You are wrong. 100% wrong. Brady never accounted for more than 12.6% of the cap when he won. Take a look at the %s since the salary cap started. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...s-shows-there-are-two-ways-to-build-a-winner/
The only time and those signings lead to the best four year stretch in Texans history. You would think they might want to do what has worked for them in the past. I guess not.
Yea I don’t think we can strike gold 3 times with first round QBs. If he’s still playing at this level in those years, I mean you have to pay the guy or else you have to play around with backups and retreads while you go find your guy again which is really hard to do. That’s why drafting well is so important when your qb is making all that money
Not to mention that about 40 to 60 percent of the line was hurt amd we tried to shove pierce in at rb when he was not having success in the system. I think getting your number 1 wr back and a healthy line will already make the offense better. Throw in additional line help stroud coming back for his 2nd year and I think the offense might be OK.
Why can't Caserio do what he did with Watson get a bunch of draft picks and I believe they can find another QB. After all they found Stroud. I agree with you though for pr reasons that will never happen.
You are getting hysterical years in advance after the Texans have found the best QB they ever had. Step back for a moment. That's crazy ****. Enjoy having a great QB.
Too much winning makes one cocky and it's hard to achieve enlightenment when you are too full of yourself. Texans are helping us obtain eternal bliss
My Day 2 Targets RB Aaron Jones + Eli Mitchell (SF via trade / pick swap) WR Bo Melton (GB / via trade) OL George Fant or Josh Jones IDL Sheldon Rankins LB Isaiah Simmons or Willie Gay Jr. Edge Danielle Hunter / Bud Dupree / Derrick Barnett (maybe Chase Young or Khalil Mack or Joey Bosa or Josh Sweat) SAF Justin Simmons or Jeremy Chinn
What do you do with the first round picks; try to find another Stroud in the draft or trade for a qb?
Absolutely ridiculous. We have a franchise QB coming off his rookie season and you’re worried about 7 years from now and writing comments like this.
