The wait is concerning, but if you believe at all that names matter, and I personally do believe in that very much, then you know that Alperen will be fine. My Turkish is admittedly a little rusty, but I'm pretty sure that the name Alperen literally translates to Sugar Pimp in English. That's a dope name, and you've got to be pretty tough to wear it, so something tells me he's going to be just fine.
