You also have no depth to your understanding of how power structures work in DC (legislators, all levels of the judicial system, federal and state agencies, intel agencies, media, rank and file staffers, etc). Politics is inherently performative. Every political speech is inherently a performance for someone. I'm not 100% onboard that TJ is an act, but it does seem to me at the least that he is a person who identifies as a propagandist for the team's official message, more than a a connoisseur of and purveyor of "the truth".

John Birchers were every bit as batshit and prevelant in the 1950s. They just were a little bit under cover back then. Really drill down on what some of the segragationists and Southern Revanchists had to say back then about the threat of Papist conspiracies or 57 the confirmed Communists in the State Department or whatever and it was just as insane.

Homework assignment for you as you attempt the very long march to climb the necessary learning curves: What % of the federal government apparatus is nominated by the President? Consider the legislative branch, the judicial branch, the intel agencies, the state department, the military, the media, all of the staffers. You can quickly see, if you are smart, that the President controls very little in DC -- especially when 99% of government bureaucrats that live in DC are left-wing partisans.

The founding fathers wanted divided government and wanted separation of power. They did NOT want partisan minorities in the government to be undermining a President's actions and openly trying to overthrow the administration, which is what happened from 2016-2020. A healthy cleanse for our government would be to uproot it and move it to another city, where they can draw from both sides of the aisle to staff the rank and file positions. This will also take away the lawfare weapon that the Democrats are now abusing since they know their jury pool is 99% left-leaning and will indict and convict based on political leanings.
