What commodore and the maga car salesman don't seem to know is that the US Constitution dictates that a census of all *residents* happens and is used to apportion congressional seats. If they did know anything about (or cared about) the Constitution they wouldn't spread maga conspiracies that only show their ignorance. They taught this in high school civics.
