Biden also needs to work on getting Haley voters on board. He needs to emphasize things like support for Ukraine and not just keeping NATO united but growing it to the internationalists Haley supporters. He has forgotten about the ~$350B arms agreement with the Saudis in 2017, plus an $8B Saudi high-tech arms deal that Trump initiated under an emergency declaration without Congressional approval in 2019. The $350B agreement propelled US defense stocks to an all-time high. The $8B deal allows Raytheon to collaborate directly with the Saudis, building high-tech bombs and sharing sensitive US defense technology with them.
