I'm having the opposite problem. Too many players I want are available at 23 but won't be at 59.

 

Sure you do.

Think players over picks.

Say Caserio traded 2-59 and 3-86 for a top 40 pick and drafted Chop in the 1st and Sweat at 40. Your DL would be set for yrs with difference makers.

Then you could take 4-125 and 4-127 and move up into the bottom of the 3rd/ top of the 4th for a CB like T.J. Tampa and the defense would be much better.

Would you rather have 3 starters 2 of which are difference makers as rookies and a solid 3rd starter or 1 starter and a bunch of hope that one of the guys you really like falls to 2-59?

The sit and wait philosophy is what got RS in trouble. Think about how many times he sat and waited and got jumped on his draft board. Tyler Lockett should've been a 10 yr starter for the Texans but RS got jumped in the draft and Seattle reaped the benefits.

BTW, I just used Chop and Sweat as examples.

McConkey with a 4.43. Top speed with being elite quickness is nice.

Adonai with a 4.35

 

Running a 4.64 40 may allow him to drop to later in the 2nd RD. While I like some of the plays Coleman makes, I'd really like to add some sub 4.4 speed to our WR corps. Would help every aspect of our offense.

 

I knew Mack would test well but didn’t know Mitchell had 4.35 speed. My goodness

 

Hell yeah, that's kind of speed I'd love to add to our group.

I'm surprised by this also, but what makes him special is his cutting and ability to read gaps. He would be a great weapon for CJ out of the backfield because he's nearly impossible to tackle in open space.

This could actually drop his stock enough to make him a no-brainer 4th round pick or close enough for the Texans to trade up and snag in the 3rd.

McConkey makes it to our second pick he should be the pick, he’s the prototype for what Demeco was asking for. He won’t make it there though
