Just on the intellectually lazy and incredibly dumb Kanter comparison. Here is Sengun (3rd season) vs. Kanter (3rd season). Kanter not even in the same universe as Alpi. I mean, look at the advanced stats.
The other incredibly dumb comparison that keeps getting brought up (only by one poster, at this point, but that poster is a volume shooter) is the one with Luis Scola. Don't get me wrong, I loved Scola, but he wasn't in the same stratosphere as Alpi.

If bad shooting from 3 truly bothers you, then Jalen's performance must really drive you crazy. Sengun takes less than 2 per game at 29.5% while Jalen takes nearly 7 per game at 30.8%. I m not sure if you are capable of math or not but Jalen is only shooting 1.3% better on MUCH higher volume. I will not even bother getting into overall shooting percentages or effective shooting percentages. I feel the math may be above your head but suffuce it to say your boy Jalen has the worst effective shooting percentage of anyone on the roster other than Landale.
yeah, but I've seen that Jackson Gatlin tweet probably a half dozen times or more . . . I never get tired of it. Having it be its own thread will bring it a larger audience and boost its impact.
on the bright side after kpj and green disasters, the go is a bit slow on cam and higher on amen. Maybe it is just because they picked amen at 4, lol, not because of player evaluation.
The Freedom comp has to be one of the most ridiculous ones. Homeboy could never accumulate Sengun's 3rd year in all of his years let alone the ability to hub a couple of different styles of offenses. The ball really gets rolling this summer. There is only one player on this roster that can accommodate Ime's love for open catch and shoot shots. Either they're going to run more actions through Sengun or they will trade for a star to add to this young group. Can't lose either way, at least for me.
