Wonder if they'll try to recreate the first game, have Sengun on Giddy. Sag off in the paint, muck it up for SGA. Chet was too quiet last time too, I'm assuming he'll be looking to be more impactful.

Sure could use another hot shooting night from FVV. Amen didn't play last time iirc, exciting to see what he'll do every game out there.

We had some great victories against OKC over the years. Let’s keep em coming. Can’t wait to see Amen guarding SGA

 

Hopefully, lme and the assistants will have their notebooks out. OKC actually runs a legit offense with ball AND player movement. However, having NBA-caliber shooters on the roster makes a difference.

Interested to see if Amen takes a few defensive possessions against SGA and can avoid fouling. Brooks could certainly share his team Canada notes about his tendencies.

 

It is going to be a mini block festival as OKC has been averaging 7-9 blocks per game the last 3 games.

Rox also 5-6 blocks.

China and USA are two biggest strawberry producers in the world followed by Mexico, Turkey and Egypt. There's a ski center in Turkey:Mount Olympus/Uludag, something similar to to Aspen, the strawberries and peaches grow there the best tastewise. I know that the bigger daytime-nighttime temperature differences help to taste of melon/watermelon but have to check snow effect on strawberry/peaches.

I am just going to local Waitrose to get some strawberries

 

What we miss in Ime is to adjust the plan/rotation in accordance with the previous encounters. It is certain that coaches such as Pelicans' one applies new things to stop Rockets strengths but Udoka goes always without any tactical change.

Ime needs a coaching associate to help him in offense and wake up him at the end of the 3rds and the beginning of the 4ths. He was not there again in Suns game and we are lucky to win the game after Suns' streak at the beginning of the 4th.

I don't like player comparisons but I should say Amen and Giddey have lots of resemblances: tall guards, good rebounders, high BBIQ, bad shooters. Someone has to beg Ime to let us to see more Giddey-Amen match-up.

OKC has lots of faith in Giddey, otherwise they would not give Micic away so easily/early and it's time for Rockets to trust Amen little bit more.

 

You could see from interviews current and upcoming that Udoker is more and more satisfied with Amen Thompson....

So it continues..... beginning of a wonderful teacher student relationship.
