Just remember: the rockets were actually wanting cade and trying to trade up to 1 with Detroit. Then you got Barnes and Mobley drafted right after green

Cade can do more things than Green but he is also soft and has not toughened up.

    Time will tell.

watching the summer league tape was painful.

he absolutely has the yips now. probably needs a team psychologist instead of a shooting coach.

I don't think this matches up with what I'm reading from the armchair GMs in the GARM these days :D

Not only that, of the 41 players taking 6 or more 3 shot attempts per game Jalen ranks 40th.

Am I the only one concerned that we have 4 people on that list.
    1. Jalen Green
    2. Dillon Brooks
    5. Jabari Smith Jr.
    7. Fred VanVleet

2 of them are our VETs/Big Splash free agents?

Now we probably know why she does not work in the Offseason, just to reload her batteries.

Garuba might be a better 3-point shooter than Green, TBH.

What would his Trade Value be at this point?
He's young and I know some teams would take a flyer on him
Charlotte maybe . .. pair him with Ball?

    Toronto may go full rebuild?

nope. they already have brandon miller who's a much better prospect

Toronto clearly committed to moving forward with barnes/RJ. They already have their version of JG in quickley who's a much better shooter

i liked the selection at the time because he was a higher ceiling guy than Mobley at the time. Mobley is a really good role player but has shown no improvement in three years.

After his rookie season many analysts thought he was headed for stardom. Unfortunately he did no work on his game and shooting in particular whatsoever clearly and this is what happens.

averaging a double double in his 3rd year with high efficiency and still being that defensive big. no improvement or not, he still is projected to have a very good career. He impacts the game in ways JG will never. Ceiling never matters when most players never reach it.

I mean he's better than JG so as far as the topic that's what matters

Who is Jalen's off season trainer (I saw something about Mike Hill . .. who is he and who has he trained?)
Jalen needs to get in the Gym with the Tyrese Maxeys, Hardens, KDs, Shay Gil, The people that seem to improve year to year

Yes, he is. But the bolded comment is subjective, ceiling is part of the drafting process, everyone knows that.
