ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Pelicans 2/22/2024

If you look at the Pelicans, they don't hesitate to pass to their teammates. Except Amen, all our guards are dribbling dribbling and then more dribbling. Even when they pass, they always wait 3 seconds until the opponents set the defense. Although I'm disappointed that Sengun sucks at guarding Jonas, at least he swallow his pride to front Jonas or try to draw a charge. When will our guards swallow their pride and play team basketball? FVV is uncharacteristically has 4 turnovers. Green is playing G league basketball and how many games in a row he is shooting less than 30% in the first half?. Aaron is trying play like Jordan unfortunately he play at the Poole level then he got benched. I'm starting to doubt Ime because he is so stubborn on his rotations. I think the coach and the front office are running out of time.

Well off the top of my head 2 of those buckets Sengun helped a teammate and stopped their man at the ring and Jonas got the rebound uncontested and put it in.

Another was a nice pass to Jonas when Sengun stopped the penetration.

So now we're down to 11 at most scored on Sengun.

Whereas Sengun had 9 at half on far less opportunity.

Not taking anything away from Jonas though because he is balling, and credit to New Orleans they're utilising him perfectly.

this game reminds me of the last 3 years. Just going into any road game nowadays and immediately assume we're gonna lose.
