Finally started listening to Kyuss after being a Queens of the Stone Age fan forever. Instrumentally, they may have been better than QoTSA. I just can't stand their singer . Maybe it'll grow on me. Anyway, this is probably my favorite song I've heard so far (it's instrumental).
It's strange. When I look at my Spotify play list it is dominated by 3 bands The Smiths Rush and The Jam there seems to be no connection between these bands. Other than they were the bands I enjoyed as a youth.
Makes me realize how out of the loop I am I generally listen to terrestrial radio and what ever comes on If I don't like it I just change it I don't buy CDs/Physical media Nor have Spotify etc . . . streaming music Closest I come is Youtube I don't crate drive to find those hiden gems . . . . . . Musically . . . I'm dead I guess just living in the past . . . .. listening to music that's at least 5~10 yrs old I have found some good Music . . but nothing moves me to seek it out and explore the artist more . Rocket River . . .or I'm just lazy
