Whitley could add an 8th out of 11 to that this year ( but doesn't seem likely to add much to the WAR) This is crazy once you consider the 1st rd disaster that 2013 and 2014 were and no 1st rd picks in 2020 or 2021. Also Bregman has more WAR than all but 5 teams !! Lock that man up.
8.35 k/9 won’t cut it as a RP in AAA. Especially paired with a bb rate over 3/9. His era’s have been shiny but the underlying numbers (outside of velocity) are weak.
