The Pennsylvania conspiracy theorist accused of decapitating his dad and then flaunting his head in a sick online video has been slapped with terrorism charges for allegedly planning an attack on federal buildings. Justin Mohn, 32, had a 9mm handgun and a USB device that included photos of federal buildings and apparent instructions on making explosives when he was arrested Jan. 30, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office announced Thursday. He was hit with a slew of charges, including three counts of terrorism, making terroristic threats, robbery, criminal use of a communication facility and receiving stolen property, officials said. Mohn was also charged with theft by unlawful taking and defiant trespassing after he allegedly stole a car — his dad Michael Francis Mohn’s Toyota Corolla — and entered the National Guard Training Center, according to the filing. He was already being held without bail at the Bucks County Jail on charges of first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse and possession of an instrument of crime. Mohn allegedly shot his 68-year-old father in the head at his home in Levittown using a 9mm Sig Sauer he had bought legally the day before the horrific beheading last month. He was accused of decapitating his dad with a knife and a machete — and posting a rambling video on YouTube holding the plastic-wrapped head, officials said. Sadly it's not surprising and we know it'll only get worst without stricter gun control measures. It was a bit shocking at first but I guess many of us are just numb to all the violence at this point.
Bought the gun legally. In the US, very sick, extreme, and crazy people can legally buy guns. Next time someone like @basso says 'so, it's legal,' remember that he and many politicians on the right are perfectly okay with a system that allows very extreme and crazy people to buy guns legally.
