Today was another great reminder of why my decision to forgo a Twitter account all these years was the right one. Completely able to keep up with all thing’s relevant with The Rockets without it and not have to worry about all these random people who may or may not have sauces.
Not really. Just having him on a casual conversational thing like RocketsWatch doesn't mean Clutch signs off on everything he does. I'm still a bit skeptical, all the people Roosh has shown this to are in a similar position as him - nothing to lose, no employer, just social media "influencers" who are trying to "grow the brand" via impressions on twitter, podcast views, podcast appearances, etc. More people saying they've seen it increases the chances of it being legit but it could all just be a big ruse to stir up drama and get views. If someone legit (Clutch, for example) says they've seen it then I'll believe it.
Honestly it seems like Roosh was just willing to let it go until Jalen went back for more lol. If I'm Ime I probably reach out to Roosh directly to produce the messages. If some dude had dirt on a problematic employee of mine I absolutely would reach out to see. He sounded genuine in the Frank podcast. Basically said things I've been suspecting which is that Jalen just doesn't have a good support group. I thought he was getting solid advice and life coaching from that 38 year old Instaho he's been around with or maybe the hype beasts he was around at fashion week or his nail lady but it seems they haven't been the positive influences that I was made to believe.
I just listened to him. He came off as genuine to me too. I have no idea what’s up down true false. No idea. But if I’m sitting on a jury, I’d believe what Roosh said right there. His attention to detail was pretty good…if he’s a liar, he’s a really good liar. I assume the “redacted” parts in the clip I saw were the threats, but I don’t know. This stuff is viral enough now that a cease and desist letter is absolutely appropriate from Jalen’s side. If it doesn’t happen that doesn’t mean Roosh is telling the truth. But this is all out there now, and I promise you the owners that are gonna be asked to pay millions to keep or acquire Jalen are gonna be aware of it. He’s gonna have to answer questions about this to someone whether in public or private that will matter to him.
Anyone have time to cliff what on earth all this Roosh/Jalen stuff is? I've never been able to listen to people talk in podcast environments. Or perhaps which minute to start watching which video? Appreciate it!
Save your breath, it is a culture thing. Most NA people do not evaluate “info” with social skills. It has to be either legally, personally or technically proven to be credible, at least that is what I gather.
Call me bro I got you Joking…I THINK I understand it, but there’s still a lot being held back. Having said that, just as a Rockets fan, is there anything positive or negative about those accusations that I could tell you that would change your mind about Jalen Green as a Houston Rocket shooting guard? I’m guessing the answer to that is, “no.” If you already thought he was immature, you’d be validated. If what Roosh is saying is true, then you’d probably say you knew it already…but honestly who cares? But even if Roosh is a massive liar, that doesn’t change most of your concerns about Jalen on the court for the Houston Rockets as a fan of the team.

Is being skeptical of social media grifters a cultural thing? People outside of NA aren't skeptical of these types?
I am not judging at all. It is just different. Hard to tell without you experiencing it. There are many wtf moments I have here, but we live opposite surfaces of the globe, so it is perfectly normal.
I’ve seen this Roosh guy pop up on YouTube from time to time. The few things ive ever seen from him is crazy negative and unproductive content. Frankly, hes just some rando from that cesspool that is Twitter. I never click on any content involving him anymore, it’s always just lame, toxic ****. I think it would be helpful for everyone involved to not **** on your own players constantly to the point that they become aware of it. Dude just seem lame AF to me
