I'm not particularly interested in another internet discussion turned into a "WW2/Nazi" rabbit hole which you couldn't resist immediately going to. The differences and distinctions between Nazi Germany and 2023 Palestine are open and obvious to everyone. At the end of the day, unless ethnic cleansing occurs, the Palestinians will still be in and around the territory of Israel, will still be Muslim and will still hate the Jews. Some organization, named Hamas or otherwise will exist to resist the Israeli state. So, again, how do you eliminate "Hamas" or that situation detailed above ^?
Sounds like the solution is answer was contained within the question. If there is no result that leaves "Palestinians" in and around the territory of Israel that doesn't result in continued attacks against Israel by Hamas or a Hamas clone, then the answer is not to have "Palestinians" in and around the territory of Israel. You can't just make Israel accept that they are going to be under forever threat of violent extremists. The denizens of Gaza and the West Bank have lost. They had a good run, they have been trying to wipe out those pesky Jews for a hundred years, but now it's over. They took their shot, they missed, and now they have to get out of Dodge.
OK so you have nothing to substantiate your false assessment of the analogy. As to your other point - which I may summarize as "you cannot eradicate hate in people's heads by military power" - this may be partially true, but you can diminish their ability to act on their hate and murder you, by killing and disarming the ones who are sitting on a vast terror infrastructure, and by controlling the resources that will go into the territory in the future. Surely then the whining about "being besieged" will intensify, but whatever. You offer no solution that would protect the Israelis from the military threat they are facing. You are basically telling them to lay down and take it, because supposedly you cannot eradicate hate anyway.
The significance of Rafah cannot be understated - this is the last bastion of the majority of Hamas - the IDF will be best able to examine the tunnel complexity near Egypt and to counter it the wokes hate the IDF because their fighting women look like real women ,...also on Rafah - the Hamas supporters are ugly quiet because they realize this IS the end of Hamas - after Rafah , it's only finishing touches - can't wait !
I don't pretend to have a solution. Some people do pretend to have a solution and some fools believe them. Short of a genocide/ethnic cleansing I don't see a real solution.
Total military defeat of Hamas. Israel governs the Gaza strip and controls what resources enter and leave the Gaza strip, to prevent future military attacks. Israel controls all educational materials in the Gaza strip and the UN-funded ideological indoctrination of children towards hate against Jews is ended. Any attempts at inciting hate against Jews are punished and sanctioned, like denying the holocaust is criminalized in Germany to this date.
Sounds like a giant open air prison. It's certainly is a proposed solution though. Don't know if anyone will go for it.
Oh really? Well, the Gazans started a war and are losing it. They have already announced they will want to do it again and again and again. What alternative do you suggest? Short of driving people who murdered your relatives and already said they want to keep doing it again out of that area, at least keeping them without weapons is the least that needs to be done. You don't want to be in an open air prison? Well, don't murder Jews, and don't threaten to do it again, and don't elect those who promise to do it again. Since when do losers in a war get to dictate the after-war conditions?
This is another fail by the pro Hamas Palestinians, they tried sacrificing their OWN children as showed on video recently out of desperation to save Hamas - (instead the Palestinian child high fived the IDF soldier and threw rocks in the field away from the soldiers) that didn’t work, what kind of supposed “innocent Palestinian” adult does this ?..no answer apparently the desperation by pro Hamas is so dense and palpable and I’m loving every minute of this to be honest ..l Where are you pro-Hamas supporters at that got oddly quiet? I know @AroundTheWorld is slapping you around with overwhelming information and evidence but you are giving up faster than surrounded Hamas fighters in a tunnel.
Honestly we need more videos of Palestinian children high fiving IDF soldiers, it was beautiful to see.
