    Cam definitely has an it factor about him that projects to be a future all star. Hes already a damn good 3 level scorer at 19 and the key being highly efficient. Something very rare to see at such a young age. Rockets are lucky he fell in their lap.

    I was describing his game . A player with Carmelo’s AND Magettes tools is absolutely at least a perennial all star in todays game. I feel Udoka will work with him and will learn to play the game the right way, we already see it and hear it during Imes pressers.

    It’s certainly possible. I do worry he’ll deal with injuries if he keeps playing so recklessly.

    What is the data on Cam attacking in the half court? Seems great in transition but I’ve found myself wanting more in the half court.

    True. But everyone has a rookie has something they need to work o. But this kid at 19 is light years ahead of 99.9% of any other 19 y/o who’s entered the league. And he’s already way better than Jalen Green.

    I love this kid. Loads of talent and huge offensive potential. Waaaaaay too early to tell if he's going to round out into the complete package but I'm stoked to see his progression. Do we have a tag for Camatics yet?

    He exceeding in an environment not set up for him to succeed dictated by Coach Ime. A short leash designated by his experience, and no real offensive system to pay in. He’s really learning on the fly. He’s no less consistent than the option in front of him but he’s the first to get pulled

    Cam Whitmore has shown he has an NBA game. But, he needs to do more than just be a volume scorer.

    I think that transitioning to a more team effort, has hindered Jalen Green offensive arsenal. Playing defense is exhausting on the body, and it take out the legs. Which to shoot effectively, you need fresh legs on the jump shot.

    Whitmore has the luxury of coming into the game fresh like a cucumber. Props to him for maximizing his scoring opportunities. But he has a tendency not to impact the game on other parts of the stat sheets.
