Again. TF? What are you talking about? We've got six draft picks on this team and none of them are busts. They're all NBA players. Many of them look like future All-Stars. One of them put together an All-Star level season this year at age 21. What are you talking about?

Grant Williams is available. It's not a position of need at all for us, but I do wonder if it's worth trading Uncle Jeff and our worst FRP for an asset locked down 4 years (at NT-MLE salary). Then we have an excellent backup PF who can also emergency fill in at the 3 and 5.

Could also package Landale and Tate instead if we're 100% sure we can pick up another C.

Just an economic deal to add assets more than anything, doubt it moves the needle much in the short term.

 

No he didn't. They traded Grimes, two second rounders and some crap for Alec Burkes and Bogdanovic. The Knicks had to give up second rounders in the deal, they didn't trade Grimes for second rounders. The Knicks got two rotation worthy guys to fortify their playoff run. It's not nothing, and if you think it's nothing you haven't watched those guys play.

I am really annoyed by a few of the doom and gloom posters here. It's 10:30 am. The deadline is over at 2 pm. We have time to make a move, but if you're expecting a big move you probably are going to be disappointed.
