I did not see it that way with Young. Even if I considered it before the year began, because of his height, I never considered him a generational talent. If he wasn't short, then I probably put him ahead of Caleb and Maye. I give him props for being a tough son of a gun though for a guy his size, and I'm willing to give him a chance next year to have a better cast around him. Last season made me doubt his arm, his speed, and still his height. People may want to down play his height disadvantage all they want, but it played a big role in his inability last year.

Ofc I had Caleb and Maye ranked ahead of CJ also before the season started and I was dead wrong on that, but it shows anything can happen and we just don't know until they play in the NFL.

Every single scout has been saying the concerns about his neck. Guess you haven’t been reading about it. Maybe you should.

The best part: "You rain man, how do you remember all this sh**?"

If you're a Panthers fan, 15 minute mark is a must watch.

Scouts aren't doctors. They haven't seen the MRI's and if they did see them chances are they wouldn't know what they were looking at.

I've heard some teams will have him off of their boards and others will have him rated very highly. We'll know more after the combine. What I do know is he had vertebrate fused together and Washington's team Dr.'s wouldn't clear him to play. He transferred to UCLA where their team Dr.'s cleared him to play and he's been injury free (Not even a hang nail) for the past 2 seasons. I also know he's a great player and football means something to him. Doubtful he falls to 1-23.

I hate when people say scouts arent doctors. Scouts don’t have to be doctors. They can literally fly with them to these camps. If they think it’s a concern, then it’s something there. He was literally told he shouldn’t play anymore. They aren’t going to just sweep it under the rug like you are.

But Dr.'s don't fly with them. They do medical checks at the combine and if teams still have questions they have their team doctors take a look, or send the player to a specialist.

True, one doctor said he shouldn't be playing, but another doctor said he could play. So he played and played like a top player in this draft for the last 2.years without a hint of getting as much of a hangnail as an injury. From what I've read some teams will clear him and there's no way he falls to 1-23.

Quick....someone go spread how his previous injury is quite a detriment to his future career and every team needs to be concern.

I'm not sure you're understanding that regardless if he played the last two years, that neck injury is still a concern. If you look up every draft profile, every video about him, they're going to mention his neck. That makes it a concern. I never said he was/wasn't going to be cleared or that he would fall to 1-23. I just stated the obvious for someone who had a serious neck injury.

Do you guys remember your original stats predictions for Coleridge?
Think I had him at 20 Tds and 12 ints but I intentionally copied Schaubie's stats in this system.
Stroud out performed that. I still remember a poster talk about Schaub could throw on the run. Coleridge can't. hehe.

SAS has to be the most annoying person to ever be on a sports network. I won't watch anything if his name is attached to it.
