Elon's biggest problem @ Twitter - he's not funny at tweeting

I'm not advocating for across-the-board regulation, but rather regulation specifically targeting social media. More precisely, I'm in favor of regulating social media, particularly those aimed at kids.

I'm not arguing for the removal of parental responsibility. Instead, I'm advocating for social media to take on responsibility. They've shown zero accountability in protecting kids while profiting from them. The abuse lies in using methods to 'hook' them, not ensuring protection from harmful content, including content they themselves promote.

I support transparency and open source, but I believe these alone don't go far enough without concrete requirements making social media legally accountable. For instance, they should not purposefully 'hooking' kids, especially without substantial evidence that it isn't harmful (I don't think addiction can be shown as not harmful). They should also protect kids from online user abuse, should not be pushing inappropriate content to them, and not offering certain social media platforms to kids when they're not appropriate.

A hat trick for musk... proven to spread a lie, spreading racist fear, and being a complete idiot... all in one tweet. How anyone can respect and promote this guy is beyond me.

 

For those that follow Musk on Twitter, does he post 100 messages a day? If I’m running 500 businesses at the same time, I wouldn’t have time for tweets. Sometime I wonder if it’s even him or just someone on his behalf.
