I mean if FO want making the playoffs,he wont pull the trade trigger until the deadline day I know it's very hard thing to get big or shooting guy for Rockets for FO Everyone in the FO just want muddle along with days and at the end of the day say some **** like it‘s just for long run or flexibility I’m tried of this horseshit
There is no way this is our lineup….we cannot pay all of those guys. Fred makes this team go at a slow pace but minimize turnovers…
If there is a goal of success in the playoffs, I prefer the slow game, because the transition game is complete garbage in the playoffs, it is useless, it can be useful in the regular season.
What we saw at the beginning of the season was a facade. Think about it, teams are not in a rhythm, players are rounding into shape, new players are fuguring things out. Whereas now, teams are in a a rhythm, they know who they are. Also, remember the Pacers are the best.offense in the league and the Rockets are still adjusting.
We had 18 assists at half...how many in the 2nd half? Uh...8. Shared the ball 1st half, not so much the 2nd. You see the results.
The pace of the Rockets isn't what hurt Sengun. It's having to guard a center that legitimately shoots 3s.
Our guys played with more pace this game, which was great. We still have to play with more precision, however. Missed bunnies, passes that didn’t quite hit shot pockets or were off center…these little things are what cost us enough points to lose this very winnable game. On defense we are playing harder, but are still too undisciplined, especially when playing faster. Film room stuff. We’re in for a rough stretch without FVV, but if growth happens, I suppose I’ll have to be ok with it. On to the next.
Remember, Golden State ran a similar high pace system, lead the league in turnovers and won a Championship. Tonight the Rockets didnt have a lot of turnovers. Amen did a good job controling the ball.
I like amen, but I think it is difficult for a player who cannot shoot to stay on the court in a play off match, it is impossible if this player is a point guard, 0%
Tonight we had to play almost perfectly on offense and there were a couple of plays, one by Green and one by Brooks, where they just tried to force it and those plays were pivotal. Other than that Green and Brooks played great and on most nights it would have been more than enough.
Man i hate that dude. Him and Tate they are actively hurting us. Sure he is a pretty good 3pt shooter but he's undersized and very selfish for a role player pg so doesn't matter how good of a shooter he is at the end of the day.
Not sure what you're saying. All but 2 are on rookie contracts for 2 or more years. Even IF they maxed out JG and Goon, they'd still be together. Only time will tell what size contracts they all end up earning. No way they all end up max players. If so....
I would rather play TyTy Washington than Aaron Holiday. At least TyTy had potential and a pretty floater
