    I don't think its HEADLESS CHICKEN BALL, I think its finally appealing to the masses. Most of our players love to run vs walking the ball down and setting up.

    Players who want to run;
    Jalen, Jabari, Tari, Amen, Cam, Brooks,

    Players who want to setup;

    FVV, Sengun,

    The Rockets need to decide their identity. Who fits best.

    I give a lot of credit to Green for stopping the bleeding in the early 4th with some timely buckets, but the deficit we got ourselves into was hard to overcome…we kept trading buckets until the end and that was a little frustrating for me

    Calvin just said that the reason that Bari didn't score much in the 2nd half because Jalen took over..."there weren't much shots to go around." And, that pretty much says it all. He further said that Bari"is pretty much overlooked on the offensive end", so Bari has figured out that by going to the glass he can get put backs and score and help his team. Why did he shoot a 3...uh, because he and Brooks both shot 2/4 and 3/6 respectively.

    I get your point for sure and that’s where NBA is heading but the player you pointed out are all none shooter other than Bari and Cam. We just don’t have talent to run that system and to do so we need to change a lot

    I feel for Sengun. His defense is complete trash but if he plays it any harder (in the post), they just going to call a bunch of tick tak fouls and he'll have to sit.

    I agree!! They have to decide whats going to be their indentity moving forward. But one thing I don't think you are understanding, the previous three yrs they didnt play defense nor key veterans. I think Adams and Brooks is going to help with that. Plus they have a better coach and finally, an identity!

    All those things make.a big difference

    Sengun can't play this fast style pace. He gets exposed on defense.

    That’s why I had him #2 in the draft behind Wemby. I always felt like he was the better pick than Scoot or Miller. Of course his handles need to be better along with the shooting, but I feel like he’s ahead of the curve.

    Yeah that's the thing. It's not because they mess up each others spacing or anything like that.

    It's just some odd thing where either Jalen shoots poorly or Sengun does. The opportunities are there for them to both get going, they just have to start being more consistent really.

    In the 3rd quarter that white midget literally ran through that bum Aaron Holiday and they had a 16-1 run. This loss is on Aaron Holiday. He impregnated Holiday. He doesn't know it yet but he is having a mixed kid soon.

    He sure did but Pacer can make any center like that, they ran circles around Brooke Lopez, Anthony Davis and Porzingus so no wonder Sengun got exposed

    As fun as it is to score a bunch, I rather we get are defense identity back. It seems like that was what won us most of our games...

    If they are thinking along the same lines as I am, they can get a shooter or two to come off the bench.

    To me, Jabari showed what he could do in Summer League but when they season started, they slowed him down and stuck him in the corner. Obviously, thats not benefiting him. To me, they tried to fit everyone around FVV and Sengun.

    It's a good thing that Sengun and Jalen never do that, right. My goodness.

    Future lineup. Still the core...

    Amen
    JG
    Cam/Tari
    Bari/Tari
    Goon

    That's gonna be nice for years to come.

    Unfortunately he especially gets exposed at fast pace. He also gets exposed in half court. Everyone has weaknesses.Defense is not a particularly strong suite for Alpy. He does a LOT well otherwise though.
