I suspect JD Vance knows this but if his advice was actually constitutional or even ethical Biden and Harris could do all that this election and no matter what the vote is could just stay in power.

Vance most likely know this but like so may Trump sycophants is just feeding the MAGA crowd what it wants to hear and knows they won’t think of any larger implications.

 

Actually, Vance’s anti-constitutional stance goes back to 2021. I included his stance here because he's not the only Republican lawmaker who has advocated ignoring the Supreme Court. Texas lawmakers and Republican governors have recently told Abbott to ignore the Supreme Court's rulings.

For those who believe that if Trump wins again, at least the Court can keep him in check, you may want to reconsider.

BTW, regarding the example of Andrew Jackson, according to Wiki, he wasn't defiant to the Court, as Vance has suggested.

In September 2021 interview with conservative podcast host Jack Murphy, Vance urged Trump to fire "every civil servant" in the administration and replace them during a second term while seemingly suggesting he ignore any Supreme Court ruling that ordered him to stop.

"I think that what Trump should do, like if I was giving him one piece of advice, fire every single mid-level bureaucrat, every civil servant in the administrative state, replace them with our people, and when the courts, because you will get taken to court, and then when the courts stop you, stand before the country like Andrew Jackson did and say the Chief Justice has made his ruling, now let him enforce it," Vance previously said.

Trump lies so much he can't even remember what he says any more. A pathological liar, America hating Russia loving traitor, criminal, and sociopath losing his grip with reality is the most pathetic choice for a political party to endorse for President I've seen in my lifetime.
