xxx I think Tee Higgins would be a great addition. My only concern is how nicked up he was last year. The guy is a boss on the field and CJ would make him 1st team All-Pro.
Pollard > eckler imo Simply because I think ekeler wants to get paid top RB money He’s only turning 29 thought he was older
Allen would look awesome in a Texans uniform for the 8 games he'd actually be in one next season. Reliability and durability HAVE to be enormous priorities for anyone we bring into the fold next season.
Pierce is still under Contract, so Dobbins on a prove it contract might be mutually beneficial regardless of other RB moves. I don't know if he'll take his current value ($4.3M per Spotrac) which would be a huge downgrade in pay ($12.5M+) for the last 5 years. I'd personally prefer Singletary at $5.3M per year since he has experience with OUR System under extreme duress and changing OL line-ups. We also have Damian Pierce for the downhill runner if the situation and personnel match up. I wouldn't count on finding a low round RB to do the job. Yes it happens, but it's not reliable.
Apparently Spotrac is missing Cashman as a FA on it's lists. He is only found if you search for him individually.
Saquon, a healthy Tank, Nico, one more wr(1st or 2nd round of the draft) and a good tight end (Schultz or otherwise) really make this offense elite. That's a lot to ask though, even with our cap space.
Jonathan Greenard DE UFA $13,400,000 Dalton Schultz TE UFA $11,300,000 Steven Nelson CB UFA $10,200,000 Sheldon Rankins DT UFA $9,900,000 Noah Brown WR UFA $5,600,000 Devin Singletary RB UFA $5,300,000 ===================$55,700,000 There goes the FA WAD Even if you change players, you need players to replace these guys. We got a lot of excess value from prove it contracts last year. But once the player proves it, they want to be paid.
