The Texans need more WRs like Andre. He showed up and performed no matter what and didn't complain about anything.
Maybe it got “messy” at the very, very end of their tenures but Houston has been fortunate not having diva wide receivers. AJ did have the occasional holdout; was it his uncle as his agent or Kennard McGuire or both. No, I don’t care if Deandre was ****ing a tranny or that he didn’t practice as much.
Who are the chargers going to cut to afford Saquon? This isn't a bidding war, Nick is going to get whoever he feels is best for this team
Not a Ravens fan at all, but the more I think about it, they REALLY missed their window this year. They were clearly the best team in the NFL. Several guys had career years. Free agency and losing their DC will bring them down several notches. Reminds me of the Rockets in 2018, but without the legit excuse of a pulled hamstring at the end of game 5. IMO, the Texans should not "buy high" on any of the Ravens free agents.
The oc and Lamar let them down. They only had 6 rushes all game despite that being the chief’s main weakness
Watching NFL network, they highlighted all the open field where they chose to pass instead of run. Emmanuel Sanders said something like Lamar wanted to prove he was in Mahomes territory when passing. I'm sitting there like why couldn't you prove you were a passer the previous week.
I expect to see a Higgins and Barkley both in Houston next year. I think we build the defense in the draft and maybe acquire a mid tier DT to help out the defensive line. (Dj reader)
Doubt Higgens is going to be here, and it'll be a shame if Texans waste cap space on him. Use that money to sign a top of the line DL. If they do sign a WR, rather the Texans sign a guy like Curtis Samuel, who can do stuff like what Deebo does...ofc won't be as good as Deebo, but don't need Curtis to. Just need him to do what he did the season before and when he was in Carolina.
