    Iran is entangled with at least 3 proxies Hez, Ham, Hootie (no Blowfish), just deescalated a conflict with Pakistan, still clashing with Afghanistan over water, and is dealing with ISIS attacks.

    Direct war with the US is likely the last thought on anyone's minds but they have built up quite a laundry list for a cleanup.
