Means like, ready for whatever and handle your business from what I gather.
It’s just repeated so much that it’s sounds douchey to me.
Maybe it’s because I hear my athletes say it a lot, just sounds dumb.

 

We hold the ball longer and have less pressure than most. Is our pass protection awesome? Is the ineffective runs up the middle helping by time on pass plays? Both?
