Ha! I doubt I have the story-weaving skills to pull it off :p

    I’ll leave it to @Mathloom

You are too humble, you could tell a great story about that table dancing at the wedding.

    Great stuff.

I have the feeling that Jalen is just repeating what Coach was telling him/them.

I like how Udoka can motivate the young guys and mold their mindset. But the dismissing of the important of offense with comments like "just play defense and the offense will take care of itself" and "they just need to make the right read" and "just make the open shots" aren't going to cut it.

I understand that he might be trying to build one thing at a time. I agree that defensive culture is the first priority and he has been doing a great job. At some point, he needs to address the the offensive deficiency and how to maximize the talents we have.

If Jalen thrives at attacking the basket and is not good at shooting from 3, then (theoretically at least) his game does not fit well with Alpi's because they both needs the inside space. That's something coaching has to solve.

The greatest thing about his hard path is that he probably will emerge as a two way player which was hardly possible without a coach like Ime. I love what I see.

Green has brought his TS% back up to the level he finished last year, which to be clear was not good at all.

Think by the end of the year he regresses back below, remains about the same or continues to bring that number up by the end of the season?

35 somewhat games left, if he is not having an injury then he has a good chance to go beyond that stat.....

I think the Rockets modified their flow to fit Green - maybe to showcase him - but I am not sold that they believe he is the guy.....nor are they sold on Sengun, I think they are trying to pick one of the two and move forward.....I don't think they keep them both.

Well, Udoka has him trained to box out for at least more than 2-4 weeks.

I wonder why Udoker has not put more effort on Jabari and running plays for him, not that it annoys me but out of curiosity.....

Last game I had a feeling, there must have been a perfect analogy to summarize Jalen’s performance, how he all of a sudden he put every expected, distinct skill together in one game. But couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Just came to me:

His game has noticeably improved. I am a big Jalen cynic but credit where it's due. Something changed. Keep it up and let's see it against some top defenses.

I love Twitter journalism. One source is spammed in different ways with different claims.

One statement by Iko created multiple branches of narratives and assumptions.
